Hotel Information

Hotel Aalders, a pleasant and comfortable hotel located near the center of Amsterdam, provides our guests an ideal point of departure for many cultural outings.

No city offers as many museums per square meter as Amsterdam.The most well-known of these, the Stedelijkmuseum, the Vincent van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum, are located within a 300-metre radius of the hotel. For musical events you can go to the nearby Concert Hall. The Leidseplein area, one of the most famous night-life centers in Amsterdam, is about a 5-minute walk. That is where, in addition to the charming restaurants and bars, you will find the brand-new Lido complex with its casino.

All our 28 rooms have there own shower or bath, toilet, color television and telephone. Besides a pleasant breakfast room, our hotel offers an intimate bar where you can enjoy a drink. We would be happy to welcome you and do our utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible, one that you will remember with pleasure.

How to get to our hotel:
There are many ways to get to our hotel.
By taxi: from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport you can take a taxi for about Euro 35,- (± 20min.)
Train and Tram: (± Euro 4,- p/p) to Amsterdam Central Station and then take a tram.
Or you can take a taxi at the Amsterdam Central Station for about Euro 15,- (± 15min.)

By tram: if your at the Central Station, take tram 2 or 5 (± Euro 2,- p/p), get out at the stop Hobbemastraat (purple dot on the map) and walk towards the hotel.

Airport hotel shuttle:
Using the Connexxion shuttle you can easy and quickly reach our hotel from the airport.

Note: if you have a lot of luggage, its best to take a taxi from the airport, as you can see the price is just a few euro's more, but you don't have to carry the heavy luggage
