Within 10 minutes you can reach the hotel from Schiphol Airport (there is an airport shuttle service from and to Schiphol Airport and the Amsterdam City Centre). In the hotel you will find a cozy bar where we serve an a la carte lunch, a restaurant with a breakfast and diner buffet, meeting rooms and a beautiful indoor garden. Parking is available on site. The tourist attractions in and around Amsterdam can easily be reached by public transport or car. Breakfast and Dinner
In our restaurant we serve a breakfast buffet (from 06.30-10.00hrs), and a diner buffet (from 18.00-22.00hrs). In the bar you can enjoy a small snack or lunch (10.00-17.00hrs). During the summer our large patio offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a drink in the open air. Besides breakfast, lunch and diner you can also order pizza's from your room.
Location
HEM Hotel Amsterdam is ideally situated in the south-western part of Amsterdam, directly linked to several arterial roads ( i.e. the ring roads A10/A4/A2). The centre of Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport, the congress centre 'The RAI', 'the World Fashion Centre' and 'the World Trade Centre' are all in the vicinity of the hotel. The tourist attractions in and around Amsterdam can be reached easily either by public transport or by car. Guests are welcome to park their cars in the hotel's large car park. Hotel shuttle service: there is a connexxion hotel shuttle service from and to Schiphol Airport. This is not free of charge. At the reception you will find a timetable (At Schiphol Airport is also a timetable available).

In HEM Hotel Amsterdam all the 214 rooms are modern and comfortably furnished. All smoking and non-smoking rooms have a private bathroom with shower/toilet, TV, radio, telephone, dressing table, working desk and modem connection (PayWeb3000). Rooms available with or without airconditioning. Facilities: All rooms have TV, telephone, bathroom with shower and toile. The hotel offers fax facilities, luggage storage, safety boxes, a souvenir shop, meeting facilities, laundry service, elevator, café and restaurant. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as a buffet. Transport: From Schiphol Airport the hotel operates a shuttle service.

Coming from Den Haag, Rotterdam
Exit Sloten/Schinkel (S-107)
Follow the signs with the HEM Group logo
Turn right at the end of the exit onto the Oude Haagse weg. This street turns into the Johan Huizingalaan at the end.
Take the first street to your right, the Henk Sneevlietweg (towards the A 10)
Turn left at the Aalsmeerplein, onto the Vlaardingenlaan
Take the first street to your right, this is the Naaldwijkstraat
At the end you will see the HEM Hotel Amsterdam in front of you.
Coming from Utrecht / Zeeburgertunnel
Exit Sloten/Schinkel (S-107)
Follow the signs with the HEM Group logo
Turn right on top of the exit
Turn left at the Aalsmeerplein, into the Vlaardingenlaan
Take the first street to your right, this is the Naaldwijkstraat
At the end you will see the HEM Hotel Amsterdam in front of you.

Take tram number 2
Exit the tram at the stop Westlandgracht
Walk into the Poeldijkstraat
Turn right at the end of the street into the Voorburgstraat
After approximately 25 meters you will see the hotel on your right
Coming from the Amstel-station
Take the bus with number 15 on it
At the stop Hoofddorpplein, change to bus 23.
Exit the bus at the stop Vlaardingenlaan
Turn right into the Naaldwijkstraat
At the end you will see the HEM Hotel Amsterdam in front of you.
Coming from Schiphol Airport
Take the bus with number 197 on it
Exit the bus at the Maassluisstraat
Walk into the Vlaardingenlaan towards the centre
Turn left into the Naaldwijkstraat.
At the end you will see the HEM Hotel Amsterdam in front of you.
Coming from Schiphol Airport, taking the shuttle bus
You buy your bus tickets at the Connexxion desk.
The shuttle bus stops outside the arrivals hall at stop A7 underneath the Sheraton bridge
You will be at the HEM Hotel Amsterdam in approximately 15 minutes.
