In one of those typical Amsterdam Canal houses (which used to be the old riding school of Amsterdam) is now the Hotel De La haye situated. Hotel De La haye exist already for over 50 years and has recently been renovated. We have kept the characteristic Amsterdam bar in where we serve now our breakfast. The De la haye Hotel is a clean and friendly 1 star hotel with an personal service for our guests. Our staff is well trained to give you all sorts of help or information about Amsterdam. Arranging bike rentals or boat tours or any assistance to find your way in Amsterdam, we all help you organise it. The hotel is easy to reach as well by car as by public transportation.
The De La Haye Hotel (building) used to be the place where the old riding school of Amsterdam was located. Now it is a hotel with 22 rooms. We have single, double and even family rooms. So we can welcome everybody. We hope you experience our hotel as your home away from home in Amsterdam.

The bar in hotel De la Haye is open from 8.00 in the morning till 22:00 in the evening. After an exhausting day of shopping, museums or an interesting tour through Amsterdam, you can rest in our cosy bar with a cold drink. Our reception is open until 22.00 in the evening after that our night porter will be there for any emergencies or questions. The hotel is equipped with the most up-to-date safety standards.
Location
The hotel is located just behind the "leidse Plein" ( square) only 5 minutes from the national museum (Rembrandt paintings) and the famous Van Gogh Museum. Also the shopping area is within walking distance. In the evening you won't have to walk far for restaurants, bars or the casino. The Leidse Plein offers you everything!

from the Airport :
a.) By taxi ( cost approximately Euro 30 )
b.) By bus 197 to the Leidseplein ( cost Euro 8 )
c.) By train to Amsterdam Central Station and tram 1,2 or 5 to the Leidseplein (cost approximately Euro 4,5 )
By car : Exit nr. 106 and follow city center. At the end of the Overtoom turn left and at the first trafic lights turn right. Cross the bridge and turn right again In the Marnix street. At the corner you will find Hotel De La Haye.
