The Casa 400 Hotel is conveniently located in the south of Amsterdam, combining both a quiet residential location and an easy accessibility of the city centre and the ring road.

Hotel Casa 400 Amsterdam is the largest 3 star summer hotel in Amsterdam and is open yearly from June 1st - October 1st. During this period, the hotel offers 400 rooms for single, twin and multiple occupancy, all rooms have a private bathroom with shower and toilet, and are equipped with TV and telephone. The hotel has an à la carte restaurant, cosy bar, coffee corner, lobby, terrace, souvenir shop and the reception is open 24 hours. Hotel Casa 400 also has a conference centre with 11 meeting rooms, which are available year around. The hotel offers public parking facilities in front of the hotel (paid parking).

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city, near the Amstel station with speedy connections to the city centre and the A10 freeway, close to all tourist attractions. The Frankendael Park and Middenweg shopping area are within walking distance.
There is public parking outside the hotel for private cars and tour busses (paid parking from Monday through Saturday, 09.00-19.00 hrs.)

Hotel Casa 400 is the perfect place to organize your training courses and business meetings. We offer conference rooms in different sizes being able to facilitate groups up to 180 people, and we offer flexible renting options. All conference rooms offer a comfortable working environment, and most are equipped with air-conditioning. Our conference centre facilities offer you a range of possibilities in capacity and formation to meet your requirements. The prices are including the use of overhead projector with screen, flip over with markers and blackboard. We also have VCR and monitor equipment for rent, and are happy to help you with any other audio-visual requirements you might have. Off course you can have a (warm) lunch, for example a lunch buffet, or a dinner in the restaurant. We offer several combination packages to meet all your meeting requirements. Are you looking for a location to celebrate a festivity where you don't have to pay for the meeting room? We would be pleased to welcome you and give you a tour of Hotel Casa 400 and everything it has to offer without any commitment. We would also be happy to submit a quotation for your specific event requirements. The hotel has a conference centre with 11 meeting rooms, of which a number of rooms are very suitable to organise parties, dinners and other festivities. Hotel Casa 400 can accommodate events up to 450 people! In some of the meeting rooms there are wooden floors, which are very suitable to dance on! We offer a wide variety of different arrangements, complete with cold and/or hot buffets. You can also create your own menu by making your selection out of a wide variety of starters, main courses and desserts that we offer, and we would be happy to assist you with this! Note: Using our catering service is required when utilizing our conference/event facilities.

The "Starrebosch" à la carte restaurant is opened daily in the months June, July, August and September for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the menu you will find lots of Mediterranean meals and a wide variety of starters, main courses and desserts. In the winter months the restaurant is open for guests of our conference centre. A luxurious lunch buffet, or a choice of the lunch menu and a good evening dinner are available. You can also create your own menu by making your selection out of a wide variety of starters, main courses and desserts that we offer. For special festive occasions we offer a variety of special arrangements to meet your requirements.
