Standard room: Spacious, clean and complete. No matter which Bastion Hotel you check in to, the room is standard and therefore qualitatively good and reasonably priced.

This hotel only accepts American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. Diners club cards are not accepted.

The standard rooms have colour television with free video channel, telephone, modem connection, radio alarm clock, desk, safe, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Deluxe rooms are more spacious and have a cosy sitting area, a large colour television and a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. The reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day. Services such as wake-up service, laundry service, fax/photocopying machine and tourist information are at your disposal at the reception desk. The hotel has an attractive grill restaurant with an extensive à la carte menu. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. In the morning, a varied breakfast buffet is served. Location and Route Description
The hotel offers free parking to hotel guests. We offer a free shuttle service from and to Schiphol every half-hour from 6.15 a.m. to 11.45 p.m. The Bastion Hotels bus stop is situated at the taxi rank.
By car:
Take the A4 towards The Hague. Leave the motorway at junction Hoofddorp/Aalsmeer past the Schipholtunnel. Continue straight ahead at the traffic lights. The hotel is on the left.
From The Hague/Rotterdam/Amsterdam: Take the A4 towards Amsterdam. Leave the motorway at the junction Hoofddorp/Aalsmeer. Turn left at the traffic lights. Turn right at the next traffic lights. The hotel is on the left.
By public transport:
From Schiphol: The bus station is in front of the terminal. Bus 174 to Haarlem departs every quarter of an hour, from 05.50 a.m. to 00.20 p.m. Bus 195 to Hoofddorp departs every quarter of an hour, from 06.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. Bus 52 to Noordwijk departs every half-hour, from 06.08 a.m. to 00.15 a.m. These buses also go to Hoofddorp.
To Amsterdam city centre:
Take the shuttle or bus to Schiphol, then take the train to Amsterdam. Trains depart 6 times during the day and once every hour after midnight.
