The fully refurbished Bastion Deluxe Hotel Amsterdam/Zaandam is ideal for guests who prefer a personal atmosphere, hospitality, comfort, good facilities and competitive rates. The hotel now has 40 standard rooms and 40 deluxe rooms.

Location and Route Description
The hotel is easy to reach and is situated close to the A8 (junction 1). This hotel is also conveniently situated for Amsterdam, the famous Zaanse Schans is just 20 minutes away by car, at a distance of just 4 kilometres from the hotel. The hotel offers free parking for its guests.
By car:
From Amsterdam: Take the A10 Ring-Amsterdam towards Zaanstad/Zaandam A8. Leave the motorway at junction Oostzaan/het twiske/Zaandam-Zuid. Turn right at the end of the junction. The hotel is to your left, after about 500 metres.
From Alkmaar/Hoorn: Take the A8 towards Zaanstad/Zaandam. Leave the motorway at junction Oostzaan/het twiske/Zaandam-Zuid. Turn right at the end of the junction. The hotel is about 500 metres down the road, on your left.
By public transport:
From Schiphol: From Amsterdam Central Station take bus 94 to Wijk aan Zee, get off the bus at the crematorium. Walk along the street in the opposite direction; the hotel is at 2 minutes distance, on the left.
To the centre of Zaandam:
Zaandam city centre is at about 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
